AgilePM can be best described as making a brand new meal: instead of writing out a complicated recipe, you start off with what you know has worked for your past meals. As you progress, you add more of one item and then more of another, gradually taste-testing as you’re going, asking people to taste-test with you for suggestions until you have a dish everyone agrees is delicious. AgilePM provides a flexible approach to handling projects by having an established, ongoing process that needs communication and prioritises output in order to reach the most desirable end-goal for a project.
While the AgilePM Foundation gives you with the theory and concepts that support this method, the AgilePM Practitioner teaches you to apply these practically in an Agile setting. The heart of the AgilePM method comprises of maximised focus on customer needs, greater flexibility, and faster project response times – allowing you to become an asset in your team by taking your project management skills to the next level.
Once finishing your AgilePM Practitioner, you will gain from moving to PRINCE2 Agile as it will prove your skills as a flexible and agile Project Professional. Our Project Management Career Programme is the chosen way for students looking to kickstart their careers as Project Professionals.

The Agile methodology is one of the most in-demand project management qualifications in the world
Agile project management is an iterative (repetitive) strategy that emphasizes flexibility, collaboration, and speedy delivery. It is especially beneficial for projects that need regular input and flexibility to changing requirements. Agile might be used to develop and deploy a new application.
An examination is used to test and award the AgilePM Practitioner. This test is objective and consists of four questions, with each question worth 20 points. Your test will last 2.5 hours, and you will need to score 50% (40 out of 80) or higher to pass. Because this is an open-book test, you may use the official AgilePM guidebook if you so want.
The AgilePM Practitioner certification will offer you with the practical skills you need to deliver projects efficiently and fulfill the expectations of your customers. Even if you do not work in project management, the AgilePM Practitioner certification can help you improve your flexibility, adaptability, communication, and delivery abilities.
